Great Temple of Balthazar. For the reasons everyone has already mentioned in this thread.
The other day I zoned in there and caught people making up 'funny' guild names, like: "Your mom is [gay]" and the entire district went "lol"
:/

After getting my female ranger druids I went afk for 10mins, what I found afterwards was a group of warriors doing that thrust dance around me

In the Grotto, I saw people playing paper rock scissors in pairs. When someone lost, they take a piece of armor off.

Ive found grotto to be the party central for rich guys. Lots of dancing and every is always drunk, and they all have 15k or fow armor.
Pre searing is like the swingers place to be. Bring a hot mesmer/ranger and youll have 100 people asking to cyber you.
Random Arenas is just nonstop talk about NOTHING and everyone is arguing about stupid crap no one cares about.
Those are my 3, not in any order.

I'm going to have to say pre-searing Ascalon from my experience - which is problematic for the image of the game it gives to new players, but only if they start with chapter 1.

This might have been true in 1988 when I first got online, but it is a lot less so today - the overall net is fairly gender balanced and games are getting more and more 'caught up' over time.
You are probably right given the behavior, but it's not as easy an assumption to make as it used to be.

People are racist everywhere, they just seem to think the net gives them the ability to be open about it, get away with it, or assume those they meet there are the same 'type' as them because they aren't "acting black/white/yellow/brown/red."
Truth is, nobody really acts anything, but when you can see them, you label them different and magnify the differences while glossing over the similarities...
Online, because they can't "see" the differences, they make assumptions... and stop screening their speech.
Teens tend to be more racist than adults, and games like this are more teen played. Teen racism is driven by a search for 'self identity' which is in part built on finding 'your group' and figuring out who doesn't belong in it...
Once all those messy hormones start to rinse off in the wash in your late 20s, it all calms down a bit again...

TA...
I zoned in there once after a random run that got to TA, then all of a sudden I see on guy say to another "don't be a noob <name>." Then everyone in that guys group starting insulting the dude that said that. Then it turned into a racist insult fest (lots of the n word being thrown around). It seemed like everyone in the entire district was part of the argument. It was extremely funny, but extremely unnecessary and I hope the wrongful parties got what was coming to them.
